We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. To keep you signed in, the website stores your session token in your browser's local storage (and staff/admin keys for staff tools). This is essential functionality — without it you would have to log in on every page. You can clear it at any time by using your browser's "clear site data" option or by logging out.
Only the providers needed to run the service: PayPal (payments), Discord and Steam (if you link them), and Cloudflare plus our hosting infrastructure (traffic and security). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its members from abuse. We do not share your data for advertising.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Telemetry used for the live economy is pruned automatically on a short schedule (about 7 days for raw telemetry; active sessions are cleared after about 7 days of inactivity). Aggregated balances and ownership records remain while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
We use HTTPS/TLS and reasonable technical measures to protect data, and access to the backend is restricted. If we ever suffer a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law, including the Texas data breach notification statute (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §521.053).
You can access, correct, export or delete your account information by contacting us at [email protected] from your account email (we may verify your identity before acting). Texas residents have the additional rights provided by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the rights to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data — we do not engage in either. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To appeal a decision, reply to our response and we will review it.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
