By creating an account or using NAD By Jp (the website, panel, phone screen, forum or community server), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Refund Policy explains billing issues and refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act.
Exploiting the economy, bypassing enforcement, tampering with the server or API, or sharing the panel with non-members may result in suspension or a permanent ban and removal of the panel copy. Bans for cheating or abuse are not refundable.
The panel modifies American Truck Simulator in-memory for the community economy — the same class of tool as trainers and mods. Use it at your own discretion. American Truck Simulator and SCS Software are not affiliated with NAD By Jp, and the game and its rules remain owned by SCS Software. Anti-cheat or antivirus software may flag or interfere with the panel; see the FAQ on our home page.
You keep ownership of what you post (forum, chat, in-game phone messages) and grant us the licence needed to store, display and moderate it on the service. Don't post illegal, hateful, harassing or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
We work to keep the service online, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and may change, pause or be interrupted (maintenance, hosting issues, game updates). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAD By Jp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of game progress, or game account consequences triggered by third-party anti-cheat or antivirus tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
