The map + all connectors install together via the GMC client: open it and press "Activate Session MODs" — it downloads every map piece and fixes versions automatically. Then run Setup Mods in the NAD panel (it applies the NAD non-map list + load order on top). A full install map = all mods are already bundled there: My Page → Quick Links.
